RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
At INFINITY WRLD, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, please review the following options that apply for both domestic (Australia) and international orders:
TIMEFRAME FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days from the delivery date by contacting us at info@infinitywrld.com.au.
- Returns or exchanges requested after 14 days will not be accepted.
REASONS FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
- Change of mind: If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, please contact us at info@infinitywrld.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order and we will offer an exchange or issue you a store credit note valid for 24 months.
- Want to exchange: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please reach out to us at info@infinitywrld.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue you a store credit note valid for 24 months.
- Product issues or damages: On the rare occasion that you receive an item with damage or factory fault, please contact us immediately at info@infinitywrld.com.au with details of the issue and photographs of the defect. Upon inspection, we will arrange for an exchange if the item is available or a full refund to your original payment method.
- Wrong item: If you receive a wrong item, please contact us at info@infinitywrld.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order and include photographs of the item. We will exchange your item for the correct item if available, or issue a store credit note valid for 24 months.
- Not faulty/ any other reason: A store credit note will be issued.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Refunds will be issued as a store credit note only or to the original payment method on eligible faulty items.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you wish to return, the original shipping cost will be excluded from your refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For exchanges, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and new item shipping fees.
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days, we cannot offer returns or exchanges.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Gift cards or items marked ‘final sale’ cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Please review your order carefully before placing to avoid any issues.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen packages once they have been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout or been marked as a successful delivery. We advise customers to ensure the accuracy of their shipping address to prevent such occurrences. We are NOT responsible if you input the incorrect delivery address. Misplaced packages are not eligible for refunds. If you encounter any issues or have questions regarding a stolen delivery, please reach out to us at info@infinitywrld.com.au with your order number in the subject line for assistance.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@infinitywrld.com.au with your order number and reason for return or exchange in the subject line.
Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed and a store credit note or refund will be issued accordingly. If you do not hear from us within the 10 days since your return was delivered to us then please email us at info@infinitywrld.com.au.
DISCLAIMER
We monitor returns closely for unusual patterns or frequent returns. If we observe abuse of our Returns and Exchanges policy or detect irregular activity, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse current and future orders and returns.
