  • Australia: We offer flat-rate shipping for deliveries within Australia.
    • Standard Shipping: $9.99 (free for AUS orders over $200)
    • Express Shipping: $14.99 (free for AUS orders over $350)
  • International: Shipping rates for international orders vary based on the destination and shipping method selected. The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME:

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. During high-volume periods such as sales or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.


SHIPPING METHODS AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES:

  • Australia (domestic)
    • Standard: 2-8 business days
    • Express: 1-4 business days
  • Rest of World:
    • Delivery times vary by location. Please check estimated delivery times at checkout.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES:

For orders shipped outside of Australia, customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges related to your order.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking number sent in your shipping confirmation email or the carrier's tracking portal. Please note that it may take a few days for couriers to update tracking information.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

We are not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen packages once they have been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout or been marked as a successful delivery. We advise customers to ensure the accuracy of their shipping address to prevent such occurrences. We are NOT responsible if you input the incorrect delivery address. Misplaced packages are not eligible for refunds.
